York Day 4 (11 Aug)

Felt better in the morning, so after putting together a breakfast mash-up of eggs and left-overs, we went in to watch the staff workshop. Really liked the American ash staves, but they're definitely heavier than what we're use to working with. James was feeling a bit under the weather so we retreated for a pre-lunch nap (we have been up early the last few days! ).

I started getting headachey on the way back, but after the snooze, I had the beginnings of a migraine. So I spent an additional half day in the tent, complete with wet cloth over my eyes due to light sensitivity, and doped out on pain killers.

By the time James got back, we had managed to miss the shops, and so indulged in a meal out at Toby Cavery - complete with Yorkshire "pud".
