The Eagle Has Landed

So after 8 hours on a plane, 8 hours on Dubai airport, and another 6 hours on a plane, that's 22 hours of travel, we're in London! Albeitly exhausted, but here. Dubai airport was insanely busy when we landed in the middle of the night, but we did catch some snooze. We also got a free meal courtesy of Emirates - they don't advertise it, but you're entitled to one if your stop over is more than 4 hours.

Landed at Gatwick, train to Victoria station, then taxi to Walworth.



Settled in, shower, and SLEPT! Wandered out a bit later to explore, find food, and have (warmish) beer.


And now we will collapse for a good night's sleep...
